Ravinjay (or Jay as we call him) is a religious studies researcher and academic. His study is focused on Hinduism, Balinese Culture, Vedānta Theology, and Anthropology. He completed his Ph.D. at the Denpasar State Hindu University. He is Indonesian with Indian ancestry and has lived and worked in Bali for the last 10 years. His research into Balinese Hindu manuscripts has led to his discovery of how and why Hindus worship many gods. He worked in the Yoga industry, managing events and teaching schedules in Ubud for 5 years. His interests have taken him to study in Europe, explore over 30 countries, and listen to his carefully curated yet ever-expanding playlist of global music. He shares yoga philosophy in a fun and accessible way.
